Seller shipped the timer quickly & well-packaged. Unfortunately the unit was defective. Seller responded quickly to my contacting him, but didn't know how to operate the timer and couldn't help. My next attempt to contact him asking for a refund didn't seem to get a reply, but a second attempt got a quick response, He offered to refund my money immediately. My refund request was done almost as soon as I sent it. Atlas Game Exchange is an honest and reputable seller & recommend buying from them.

The Item received was as described. Unfortunately, it was defective. No way for the seller to know this as it was a new item. I sent seller video showing the unit did not work and they promptly sent a refund.
