Seller intentionally covered top of globe with plastic tied together to hide the quarter size bubble on top. So if you’re buying a globe from them, make sure you ask questions. Mine was described as “New”. It was a gift. That I wa s going to mail out of state. Seller left me scrambling to find another gift. Shame on Seller.

This was listed by my daughter and she is not knowelegable about snow globes and naturally assumed a bubble was normal in one. I'm sorry you were disapointed with your purchase, but to unknowingly accuse her of intentional malice says more about you than it does about her. I immediately gave you a refund because i always want the customer to be happy.
