Up for sale is a rare in the US 1959 Levin model 123 acoustic steel string guitar. 12 fret 000 body. Solid spruce over solid birch. Ladder bracing. Rosewood fretboard and bridge. This guitar reminds me of an LG-1, but it's 12 fret and slightly smaller body size. But the tone is like an LG-1 to my ears. Nut width is wide at around 1 85" and the neck is chunky. First Act Adam Levine AL363 Designer Series Acoustic Guitar Never Played. My son wanted to learn to play the guitar but never did and now doesn't want to. This was never used. He took it out of the box, put it on a shelf, lost the manual and picks and maybe the strap if it came with one. I do have beginners learning books that will be included. Does have the original box.

STUNNING GUITAR. Goya was the brand name used by Levin (Sweden) for the USA market. This 1958 guitar, according to the Swedish Vintage Guitar register, is the third oldest existing example of their S-18 dreadnought. I can supply a direct link to this data if you are interested.
This particular guitar is a near 100% original apart from a re-fretting a couple of years ago and a new comb a few years prior. You need to hear a Levin dreadnought to appreciate them but sound-wise they are... more
