This is a 1952 Fender Champion Model Lap Steel Electric Guitar made in Fullerton, California. It has a yellow pearloid finish with a hardwood body and includes the original case. It was recently professionally hand-wired by J R. Burns Stringed Instrument Repair Co. in Homewood, AL. It shows some general wear overall, with minor scratches on the body. We are selling this previously owned Vintage Fender Champion Lap Steel 6 String Guitar Yellow Pearl that is in good physical and working condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use and age. 1970??s Jedson lap steel Same model used by Gilmour. Great sounding instrument. Bags of mojo here small chips etc but it??s old! Pick up has a burn mark and pots may benefit from some switch cleaner.
