Needs work: This beauty has the typical neck bend at the 12th fret and the truss nut is frozen. The neck needs to be steam-straightened and probably some fret work.

Exceptionally clean early / mid-50s Kay all mahogany archtop (laminates). All original parts except for bridge base. Strong glossy finish throughout. Very small gap at heel (barely fits a business card), but joint is rock solid and angle is just fine. More like a little creep over the decades, or some difference in shrinkage and expansion between the different pieces of wood. This listing is for an original 1930's Pre War Wooden Archtop Bridge. This came directly off of a 1930's Kay Kraft Venetian Recording King guitar. This could go on many Archtop models such as the Kay Kraft Venetian Recording King Style A or C guitars from that time. It is in great condition overall and really only shows mild signs of play wear. Very clean and all original (including case and trem bar) late 1960s Kay Vanguard II. Almost no finish wear, and just a couple of minor dings along the edges. Finish is rather ??satin??, however, which likely represents light surface oxidizing over the decades. I had to do a little work to get it playing well; to remedy some amateurish fret lowering (ahhhhh!). This is a 1950s Kay K1 jumbo archtop cutaway guitar. Its jumbo body measures 17 25" wide at the lower bout. It has a solid spruce top and bottom, and ply sides. The maple neck has a rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays, featuring double dot inlays at the 5th, 9th and 15th frets.

This is a blast from the past. It??s a 60??s parlor style guitar with a music note painted-on pick guard. This one came to me bowed-in and unplayable because the action was too low. We have a real beauty here. This is a 1955 Kay 6-string K15 40 inch full sized guitar that was custom converted to a 4-string by its owner back in the 60??s. An authentic Kay neck with its original tuners were used for the conversion. The tuners are smooth and the headstock and emblem are in good shape. Kansas parlour style guitar built under license from Kay in Romania some time between 1958 and 1964 (I believe). The condition is incredibly good considering the age. There are small marks around the edges of the sides and front / back join - where the binding would be - but otherwise it looks fantastic. There is no wear to any of the frets and the do not look to have been replaced - there is some overspray still visible on the zero fret.

Here we have a super nice and clean 1970's Vintage Kay K-30 Les Paul Electric Guitar from way back in the day. A copy of course of the of the most famous American guitars but at the time a super nice guitar to have. It may be more of a nostalgia thing these days though. Kay G 101 Vintage Guitar Only 5 Strings in good condition. 34cm at its widest by 94cm in length approximately.
So it??s not flawless and it does have the odd scratch to the wood in places and it only has 5 out of 6 strings you would have to replace the missing one and it would need to retuned but with that said it??s a very nice Guitar in very respectable all around condition. Please check all the photos

Here we have a bit of a rarity in the shape of a 70's Kay 12-string acoustic guitar. This particular one was built in Japan and has the model number KDG812
It has a dreadnought body with a spruce top and 'K' logo black pickguard. Rosewood sides with a unique three piece back (rosewood with a maple 'V' in the middle). Mahogany neck topped with a rosewood board with 45-style abalone inlays. Rosewood adjustable bridge. Chrome strip tuners.

Kay Swingmaster made in the USA in the earlier sixties finished in a two colour sunburst and in a very good condition. I have owned this guitar for some years and used it occasionally at home. It has the very sought after ''Kleenex'' pickups, with two volume and two tone controls plus a three-way pickup selector switch. It was made by the Oliviero Pigini factory, Italy, late 60's - early 70's, Spruce top, mahogany sides and back with rosewood fretboard
It is the same construction as the EKO Ranger but marketed as Kay
In nice condition with a few nicks out of the black edging - nothing too bad
