This saddle is the "fine thread" style. In the earliest Pre-CBS years, coarse thread was used in all 6 positions. Around the time the Jaguar came out in 1962, a fine thread was added for the intended plain strings on the B and E strings. Screws all turn and are not stripped. Freshly lubricated. Sold as is.

This listing is for a late 1960's / early 70's Fender Jaguar or Jazzmaster guitar case in fair to good condition. This case would be an easy restoration with the main issue being both ends of the case. One end is in poor condition with the other in a little better shape. The rest of the case is in fairly good condition, considering that it's approximately 55 years old. The exterior tolex has a few chips in it, but no major tears. This is one fantastic, real deal, vintage Fender Jazzmaster. It is beautifully refinished in a lightly checked nitro white / blond that shows the grain of the fairly rare ash body. Finish was done by Riggio custom guitars. It's got the dark and hard Brazilian rosewood slab fingerboard on a superbly aged, original finish maple neck. This is a vintage 1965 Fender Jazzmaster with an Olympic White finish. This one has aged gracefully with its naturally faded and yellowing finish on its body and matching headstock.
