This is a 100% original 1962 Silvertone 1423 Jupiter guitar made by Harmony in the U S.A. Includes original chipboard case with cool 2-tone exterior and blue interior. Considering their age, the case and guitar are in exceptional condition and are probably the best examples that I've seen. The 1423 Jupiter is virtually identical to the Harmony H49 Stratotone. This guitar sounds absolutely amazing. Nothin' quite like that DeArmond Goldfoil tone, great for every genre and playing style
Known issues:
The wiring is intermittent. the bridge pickup cuts out at times, and the tone pots do not appear to be working

Up for your consideration is a 1960??s original Harmony Roy Smeck, similar to the Stratotone and Jupiter, It originally was made by Harmony and sold from Montgomery Ward as model H7208. The guitar sounds awesome and plays like a a dream. The figured laminated Maple top is in super condition and all electronics are original to the instrument. 1955 Harmony H42 Stratotone Newport Vintage Electric Guitar with a yellow refinish. It has a very chunky neck and is a blast to play. It weighs just 4 56 pounds. It has a 25" scale length and a 1 72" nut width. The neck thickness measures 0 945" at the 1st fret and 1 220" at the 12th fret

1960??s Alden / Harmony Stratotone H45 for sale!


This is a great sounding vintage guitar. This is a semi-hollow body guitar and it gives the guitar a warm tone perfect for blues, rockabilly and jazz.


The guitar has been professionally set up; includes refret, neck adjustment with leveling for intonation (since the neck is non-adjustable), pinned bridge, and glow in the dark fret markets added to side of the neck.

This Regal R-265 "Stratotone" electric has had a rough life, but it has plenty of life left in it   These came out in 1959 & were produced for a few years. Date stamp is under the pick guard, which I have not taken off to check   The neck is straight and true with no warping whatsoever   One tuner is bent but repairable. You will need to furnish a floating bridge, these are readily available on ebay for fairly low cost   Note some wear between frets - - frets themselves ... more

Original 1960??s Harmony H47 Stratotone


Beautiful guitar, bought from the united States from someone who uncovered it in his grandads attic. His grandads name is stitched on the case and an unknown name written in red also.

Guitar comes with original chipboard case, which is very beat up, along with all the original pickguard and knobs. Has a few drill holes from over the years, including new pickguard and looks as though it had a bigsby at some point.
