The S-1 has buckle rash (the body is really dense and heavy. Although the buckle rash is there, the exposed wood is smooth with NO dents. The wood might Ash or Maple), a replaced tuning peg (the previous owner changed to a plastic button and some rust at harmonica bridge and neck plate (most probably from sweat). Made in Japan. Rare 1970s Kiso Suzuki Gibson Hummingbird copy. Very good condition.
Structure and frets are fine. Body and fretboard treated and polished. New D'addario strings.
IMPORTANT: Hybrid soft / hard case has a broken zip, so can't be closed properly.

Gibson Firebird - 1976 'Bicentennial'
I purchased this guitar in 2015
I am the third owner. The first owner had the finish removed, the second had the beautiful refinish done by Piers Crocker. Never had a neck break
In the 80's the pickups were replaced with the Gibson 'Tim Shaw' PAF humbuckers. These were the first PAF reissue humbuckers. Great tone
