Kluson Deluxe is stamped down the center of the gear cover, and there is no second tuner post hole on the opposite side of the gear cover. The bottom of the gear cover has an external ??PAT APPLD?? stamping, and on the bottom side of the tuners, stamped in the metal, it says ??2356766 PAT APPLD

For sale is a 1952 Fender Telecaster that has been refinished as a 1950 Fender Broadcaster. The neck was sprayed with Nitro and has a modern 'Fender Broadcaster' headstock decal. The body, unfortunately, was refinished with a modern Poly-type paint, and someone added a date to the body to support the Broadcaster refin. The Pickups are period correct (confirmed by Lindy Fralin). All hardware is correct. The pick guard is not period correct (modern plastic).

Very good condition 1952 Martin D-18. All original. Pickguard was removed earlier in the guitars life. Almost posted as excellent condition as the back and sides are very well kept. Slight wood discoloration on the top. A few nicks and cracks but very light. Bridge has been reglued but could benefit from a look over. This is about as nice of a 100% original 1952 ES-295 as you can find. The gold finish on these doesn't age well. Making this one, well above average.
The guitar has no breaks or cracks and needs nothing. The original frets have plenty of life left, the truss rod works as it should, and the guitar plays extremely well all the way up the neck. Even the original case is in great shape.
There really isn't much else to say, this is just a great playing guitar in great condition. 0 ... more

This is a 1952 Fender Champion Model Lap Steel Electric Guitar made in Fullerton, California. It has a yellow pearloid finish with a hardwood body and includes the original case. It was recently professionally hand-wired by J R. Burns Stringed Instrument Repair Co. in Homewood, AL. It shows some general wear overall, with minor scratches on the body. ONE set of exceedingly rare original triad power and output transformers for a 5B8, 5C8, 5D8 FENDER Tweed TWIN   TRIAD 2485 output Transformer and 6516 power transformer as used in the Pro, Bassman, Super and Twin.
Around 1956 when they went to the dual rectifier 5E8 with 7993 power, 2818 output and the 14597 choke the 5616 and 2485 were phased out .
