She recently had a neck reset and the action is super low, like Les Paul low and plays beautifully
The top has an old, long repaired crack and some other scratches weather checking
The sides have lots of weather checking as well.
The back has some light overspray around the edges
The serial number is 894185 and she dates to 1967 - 56 years old!

EKO Italian-made 12-string guitar probably from late 1960s / early 1970s.
Robust, which is to say built like a tank. Quite heavy, bolt-on neck. Holds tune pretty well for a 12-string (these facts are probably connected). Natural finish; condition is good but not immaculate - basically just a few edge marks from half a century of use.

Here we have a bit of a rarity in the shape of a 70's Kay 12-string acoustic guitar. This particular one was built in Japan and has the model number KDG812

Hoyer, made in Germany.
Really well built and quality guitar with nice woods, beautiful neck construction and a carved arched back.
As pictured, it's suffered a headstock neck break which appears to have had a slightly messy but solid repair.
It will also need some work loosening up or replacing the tuning pegs but other than that seems to be in pretty good shape. Has a lovely warm tone even with its ancient strings!

Well loved by a man in Vancouver in the 70s who passed away.
This guitar though slightly scuffed in spots and missing a string knob and 2 string holders at the bottom (as pictured) has a nice straight neck and is solid and sound It is currently stringed as a 6 string so it would need new strings to be played as a 12
